As early as 2004, the company's design department made multiple design standards according to the requirements of customers in different countries. In 2012, under the leadership of the general manager, he did a lot of work with the chief engineer and the head of the design office at that time. The mold requirements of all customers, and the various parts and materials of the plastic mold are explained in detail.
In 2021, the chairman, mold director, design supervisor and others began to revise the old version. In the new version, the various design standards of the mold are more clearly described, and many new technologies, new materials, new processes, etc. have been added to make the Standards tend to be more international and modern. The "Standard" also includes some cases of design failures and corrective measures in the past ten years, making this "Standard" a good teaching material for teaching and learning.
